BREBERTETS LIMITED – Terms and Conditions of Sale
These Terms tell you the legal conditions on which we sell any of the products (“Products”) listed on our website to you. Please read these Terms carefully before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Information About Us
1.1 We are BREBERTETS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16420993. Our registered office is at 100a Woodchurch Lane, Birkenhead, United Kingdom, CH42 9PD.

2. Our Products
2.1 Images on our website are for illustrative purposes. We cannot guarantee your device's display accurately reflects the product's color. All sizes, weights, and measurements have a 5% tolerance.
2.2 Grills and cooking appliances are subject to strict hygiene rules. Once a unit has been lit or used, it cannot be returned unless faulty.
3. How a Contract is Formed
3.1 Our website guides you through the ordering process. Please check your order at each stage.
3.2 Acceptance of your order occurs when we email you a confirmation, at which point a legally binding contract is formed.
3.3 If we cannot accept your order (e.g., out of stock or pricing error), we will inform you in writing and will not charge you.
4. Your Consumer Rights (Returns & Refunds)
4.1 14-Day Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a legal right to cancel your contract within 14 days of receiving the products.
4.2 Exceptions: This right does not apply to personalized goods, products mixed inseparably after delivery, or used hygiene-sensitive items (like used grills).
4.3 Refunds: We will refund the price paid plus standard delivery costs. We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods caused by unnecessary handling (e.g., assembling/disassembling).
4.4 Returns: You must return the products within 14 days of cancellation. For large items requiring collection, a fee of £100.00 applies. A 10% re-stocking fee may be deducted for non-faulty returns.
5. Delivery
5.1 We deliver to UK mainland addresses only. We do not deliver to the Channel Islands or Scottish Islands unless agreed in writing.
5.2 Delivery is usually within 4 weeks of order acceptance.
5.3 Responsibility: The products become your responsibility from the time of delivery. Ownership passes to you once we receive payment in full.
6. Price and Payment
10.1 Prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
10.2 Errors: If we discover a pricing error, we will contact you. We are not obligated to provide products at an incorrectly low price if the error is obvious.
10.3 Payment Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB, Diners Club, Klarna, and PayPal. Payment is required in advance.
7. Our Liability
13.1 We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms. We are not responsible for any loss that is not foreseeable.
13.2 Domestic Use Only: We supply products for domestic and private use only. We have no liability for loss of profit, loss of business, or business interruption.
8. Events Outside Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, or postal delays). If an event continues for more than 30 days, you may cancel your contract and receive a full refund.
9. Other Important Terms
15.1 We may transfer our rights under this contract to another organization, but this will not affect your rights.
15.2 This contract is between you and BREBERTETS LIMITED. No other person shall have rights to enforce its terms.
15.3 Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
