At Brebertets Premier, we design every product to deliver high-end performance, day in and day out. Our 3-year warranty is our professional promise to you: that your equipment or accessory is built to endure, and that we are here to support you if a technical issue arises.

What is Covered

For three years following the date of purchase, Brebertets Limited will repair or replace any part that proves to be defective in materials or craftsmanship under normal domestic use. This includes:

  • Main Body & Structure – Covered against structural failure, "burn-through," or "rust-through."

  • Cooking Surfaces & Plates – Replacement for components that break down due to weld failure or rust-through during regular use.

  • Branded Accessories – Tools and accessories designed by Brebertets Premier are covered against defects in material or workmanship.

What is Not Covered

While we stand behind our craftsmanship, the following are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Everyday Wear – Marks, discolouration, cosmetic imperfections, and minor surface rust that do not affect performance.

  • Assembly & Installation – Damage caused by improper setup, abuse, or rough handling during assembly.

  • Misuse – Using the product for anything other than its intended purpose or with incompatible third-party accessories.

  • Neglect – Issues caused by a lack of routine cleaning or improper storage.

  • Consumables & Specific Finishes – Including cracked firebricks, "blueing" of stainless steel due to intense heat, or powder coat "greying" caused by direct flame exposure.

Making a Claim

To initiate a technical review, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support – Email hello@brebertets-premier.shop with your purchase details, product model, and a detailed description of the issue.

  2. Assessment – We may require high-resolution photos to assess the claim.

  3. Resolution – If the product is covered, we will arrange for a repair or replacement. Replacement parts may vary slightly in design but will meet the original performance specifications.

Important Details

  • Proof of Purchase – Please retain your original order confirmation email.

  • Shipping – Depending on your location and the issue, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.

  • Non-Transferable – This warranty applies to the original purchaser only.

  • Statutory Rights – This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights under UK consumer law.
