1. Delivery Areas

1.1 We deliver to UK mainland postal addresses only. At this time, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, or the Scottish Islands unless otherwise specifically agreed by us in writing. 2. Delivery Timelines

2.1 Upon acceptance of your order, we will contact you with an estimated delivery date. Unless otherwise specified for high-demand or specialist items, delivery will typically occur within 4 weeks from the date of order acceptance. 2.2 We use professional logistics providers to ensure your products arrive safely. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our facility.

3. Delivery Attempts & Re-delivery

3.1 If no one is available at your specified address to receive the delivery, our courier will leave a notification with instructions on how to rearrange delivery. 3.2 Rearranged deliveries may be subject to a re-delivery fee, which will be determined at the point of scheduling with the logistics provider. 3.3 If you do not rearrange delivery, we will contact you for further instructions. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge for storage costs and any additional delivery fees. If we are unable to contact you after reasonable effort, we may cancel the contract.

4. Transfer of Responsibility & Ownership

4.1 Delivery is considered complete when our chosen delivery provider delivers the products to the address provided during checkout. 4.2 The products become your responsibility (risk) from the moment of delivery. BREBERTETS LIMITED does not accept liability for loss or damage to the products once they have been successfully delivered to your specified address. 4.3 Ownership of the products passes to you only once we have received payment in full, including all applicable delivery charges.

5. Installation & Assembly

5.1 You are responsible for the installation and assembly of all products following delivery. 5.2 BREBERTETS LIMITED is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the assembly or installation of products by the customer or a third party.
